1. GENERAL INFORMATION

• The Consulate General authenticates copies of Brazilian documents for different purposes.

2. REQUIREMENTS

Documents

• The original document and its copy.

Fee

• The consular fee for authentication is Cnd $9,00, for each page which must be paid through money order or certified cheque to the Consulate General of Brazil in Toronto.
• Cash will not be accepted.

3. PROCESSING TIME

• The authentication of photocopies is done up to five working days, from 9AM to 1PM.

4. MAIL SERVICE

• The authentication of documents may be done by mail. A pre-paid and self-addressed envelope from Canada Post (registered mail, xpresspost ou priority courier) must be sent for return. The Consulate General apologizes for the inconvenience, but only Canada Post envelopes are accepted. The Consulate will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed mail.
